There is nothing worse than knowing your clients LOVED you and their experience with you or you and your team and then they don’t ever write a review to tell others about their experience! Ugh, it’s really the worst! 99% of our business comes from word of mouth and reviews, not that we have been in business for over a decade. With things like wedding wire, the knot, and google, you MUST have positive reviews out there for potential clients to consider hiring you!

I hear it from planners all the time 👉🏻 “I was so excited about this wedding, but my couple never reviewed me! How do I get them to after multiple emails?” And to that I say 👇🏻
🎉Engage the couple immediately after the wedding! If you know they are leaving for their honeymoon within a few days of the wedding, email them after they get back! But if they will be around for a few days, email them right away!
🌟In the email, ask the couple to fill out a quick survey for you! If they answer these questions, you will be able to use these answers as reviews/testimonials on your site!
🌟Ask the couple to review you on any of the outlets you can be reviewed on! Provide them the direct links, so it’s easy for them to quickly access the links!
🌟Give them more info that benefits them! We like to give them info about changing their name and how to do that!!
🌟Don’t be afraid to follow up until they review you! They are most likely now your friends! Explain how important it is to your biz, and ask them to review you! If it’s easier for them, they can text you a few words about your services and you can use it on your site!
