Full transparency here y'all. We utilized a printer named, Printful. Some of their products are made in China. However, ALL printing is done in the USA and shipped from the USA. This was really important to us!
Jess would LOVE to have the opportunity to work with you! Jess typically takes on up to 5 coaching clients a year. She wants to ensure you get the one-on-one attention you so deserve. Most coaching packages start at 3 months and go up to 6 months, but Jess would be happy to create a custom package for those who need more or less time.

All of our apparel and home decor can be returned/exchanged. However, our templates, coaching and bundles have a NO RETURN policy due to the nature of what they are!
But if you purchase a bundle or template package and are unhappy with your purchase, we would love to ensure we make it right, so please contact us!
Because we use an outsourcing company for shipping at this time, we are at their mercy for how they package items. The packaging typically comes in a box. Mugs are shipped in a sturdy box that is stable using packing materials. Apparel, comes in a nice plastic bag within the box.
